As per state law, The Landing has created a new ACC committee. The committee is made up of property owners who are completely separate from Board Members. The process for requesting authorization to build, add, change, remove trees, or clear your lot, requires owners to submit an application for approval to the ACC committee, and not to the Board, or Board Members.

When submitting your application Please address your submission to the Attention of the ACC Committee. Any questions as well as completed applications can be e-mailed to the ACC e-mail address, or to any ACC member.
Please be advised that starting or completing any outside projects without prior ACC approval is a violation of the Deed Restrictions. Also be advised that the approval must be in writing and a verbal approval is not binding.
