Sound Travels over water - Please enjoy yourself on your dock, but especially if your cove side, keep the volume at a level so that the music doesn't have the whole neighborhood rocking to your favorite tunes.
The POA has a newly formed Deed Violation Committee. Homeowners are now able to submit violations to the committee. Please visit the DRC page for more information.
As per state law, The Landing has created an ACC committee. The committee is made up of property owners who are completely separate from Board Members. The process for requesting authorization to build, add, change, remove trees, or clear your lot, requires owners to submit an application for approval to the ACC committee, and not to the Board, or Board Members. Please be advised that starting or completing any outside projects without prior ACC approval is a violation of the Deed Restrictions. Also be advised that the approval must be in writing and a verbal approval is not binding.
Dogs - Trinity County requires Dogs to leashed at all times.
No Wake Zones - The entire cove is a no wake zone. This means going very slow and creating minimal to no waves on any motorized vessel. Please make sure visitor's are aware for the safety of all neighbors.
Security Lights and Fishing Spot Lights - For Docks point lights down and make sure they are turned off before you leave the dock. Home and dock lights can shine directly into neighbors homes and you might not beware of the impact of those lights pointed out and leaving them on all night.
